Purchasing Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of this site we reserve the right to remove, substitute or change the information without notice. Due to the exclusive nature of our products we may in exceptional circumstances be unable to fulfill your order and we will re-credit your original card with the costs involved. We will however, contact you by telephone or email within 2 working days to discuss any alternatives that you might consider appropriate. If you are already a paypal member you just need to log in, if you are not a member you can still pay in the normal manner with either your debit or credit card. Paypal is an American company with 100 million members worldwide in more than 55 countries. Paypal accepts debit cards (UK only) and credit cards worldwide. Your financial information stays with paypal, your credit, debit and bank account numbers are never shared with us, Ostara Jewellery. Postage and Packaging Orders will be sent using Royal Mails 'Recorded Delivery' for £2.50 which can take between 7- 14 days. Orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge. Jewellery items will be presented in an organza gift bag. Returns In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you may return any item for any reason within 7 days of receiving it providing it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Please note that all postage costs will have to be borne by the customer except in the case of faulty goods. Under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty due to hygiene regulations. It is the customers responsibilty to make sure items for return are packaged securely, especially for items in gift boxes which could be crushed if not protected. If we receive an item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging, this includes the gift box, an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage. |
